Added 2023-07-30 12:42:56 +0000 UTCI'm leaving the Caleb-in-the-library piece for next week for all the start of term conferences… So here’s a sketch of Fearne and Orym in battle. They’re such fun, with his clever manoevres and her wanton destruction. 😂
Fun fact: for really dynamic battle poses, Capoeira has you covered.
Even funnier fact: as a student, I tried out Capoeira, for exactly one day. I discovered muscles I had never known I possessed, and the next day, when I dropped one of my gloves at uni, I briefly wondered what would hurt less - bending down to pick it up or leave it there and buy new gloves. Picking it up won, but narrowly.

I’m still only on Mighty Nein, but I can’t wait to get to Bell’s Hells - it’s going to be so cool seeing how Liam plays Orym! I love how dynamic and balanced this piece is - they really do balance each other, both visually and tactically!
