You can do bad things for the greater good... if I'm reading the undertones correctly, clearly Ice Queen thought they had a relationship, and like, a somewhat serious one, not just a crush. Now, maybe that's her overreacting, and I'll never say that seduction isn't a valid intelligence-gathering technique... but you gotta be a certain type of cold to use someone's feelings like that.
