Creating A Consistent Palette

So something I need to do when creating anything consistently is to refer to a colour palette to keep a unified look.

Something I hate about all my videos so far is the inconsistency with their theme and branding. I started the channel as "retroview", which then moved to a Playlist, and will now go into an "Old Videos" playlist, as they were more reviews of old games.  That's no longer the goal of the channel, and so the focus shifted, as did the branding, further distancing all the videos from one another.

I'm almost tempted to start a new channel with a consistent theme, but at the same time I'm tempted to keep this channel and just focus all new creative efforts into keeping one, new, consistent brand.

A trait of Geminis is they have lots of "spinning plate ideas", flitting from one enthusiasm to another and back. That means one month I'll be really into Sonic games, and then the next month I'll be really into Metroid games.

It's an enjoyable curse, but plays merry hell when it comes to keeping one idea for something that needs one idea. I always refer to Mark Brown and his Game Maker's Toolkit channel when looking for a high standard, and his videos, thumbnails, format, content and delivery have all been incredibly high quality and, more importantly, consistent.

So, I'm going to pick a blue and a pink from the above.  I'll likely settle after some thinking, but do you think there's any particular blue or pink that I should or shouldn't use?

Cheers Pates!
