This strip is really in topic today, the international day for the elimination of violence against women.
Ok, maybe you can think that catcalling is not a kind of violence. Maybe the first time you can pretend not to hear it, but i can assure you that catcalling is a very annoing thing and a psychological violence. I have a personal story to tell you about it. I will be short. I met several time a girl known on the internet. She was a very beautiful girl, not the usual kind of beauty from the southern italy you would think: very tall, red hair, blue eyes, freckles, pale skin... we were going around to spend some time together and i was astonished by the amount of unsolicited appreciations she got in a few minutes. I felt embarassed for her and she told me, resigned, that she was used to it. This is violence.
