Talking about how a trans person can live with its body is difficult and there are many sides. For example the reaction of Nina is not the only one, not every trans person feels caged in its body and viceversa. Often the two things alternates themselves. It's not simple to talk of these things if you don't have experience, and i know that's trying to give more dept to a simple nsfw comic can be a walk in a minefield. I hope to pass it safely, but some mistakes can be useful as well, because i would learn something new about this subject.

Lol what a twist! Both parties are in impossible positions. She has very valid fears, but having sex with someone and then revealing a fundamental and unexpected quality of oneself isn't fair to him either. How will they resolve this impasse? I will be very disappointed if he just changes his mind, yet I still want them to end up together
