Thanks to the effects of Winifred's evil scroll, they are now real cops. Most of the Pendleton Police Department wish they were at least half the cop that Amber, Tiff, and Desiree are. But alas, their friend Rachel was the sexy prisoner because somebody had to be the sexy prisoner. Now she has turned to a life of crime. Will they ever be able to reconcile? Will I ever come up with a single good design? I'm leaning towards the shorts.

Love the Hooligan Sisters, especially how they made sure to give them all unique hair and clothes. But for once in my career I'm not shooting for cute. I actually looked up sexy prisoner costumes just to make sure I wasn't lifting anything directly. Just taking inspiration.
