Added 2018-08-14 16:37:45 +0000 UTCOverall I had a good time at Fan Expo Boston, but it ain’t the old Boston Comic Con. But this exchange could have happened at any show. I poured a lot into making Volume 4. Sure, I should be flattered that people want to see the story continue via regular issues. But don’t be disappointed at a friggin’ trade paperback. That I do take personally. It’s a lot more work than a single issue. It’s not just saving a pdf of four issues and calling it a night. In addition to all the new material, I went back and checked each page of issues 12-15 for any edits. Volume 4 is actually remastered. I left out the part where ya boi asked if the bonus comic will be available separate from the trade. No. It never will. It is a bonus comic.

2018-08-15 03:57:26 +0000 UTCDon’t think for a moment that I don’t appreciate the fans I have. Even that guy is clearly a fan. He even came back and got a trade eventually. It did kinda set the tone for the weekend, though. I’ll keep coming back to Boston because it’s incredibly convenient, but FanExpo isn’t local, so the same care isn’t put into Artist Alley. We still made the table back, but did practically half of 2016’s numbers.

I was so excited to pick it up this last weekend, and I loved the new story ! <3 I missed sunday of BCC entierly, not sure if i picked up a fast moving con-crud on friday or if it was from the concert wednesday night in mansfield, but i didnt want to bring my scratchy throat to everyone else >_<
