She is Jenny Wakeman from the show "My life as a teenage robot" and despite of her common name, her complete designation is Robotic Global Response Unit XJ-9.
I know you've requested Xena, but she would have been another super athletic girl near Zarya. A robot girl is better at the bottom of this challenge (it's also almost symmetrical with arale at the beginning)
I've also discovered that there is a human version of her too, and this thing convinced me to draw her!
