Bel Being Bel at Win
Added 2019-04-12 11:34:50 +0000 UTCI mentioned Winifred’s reaction to Bel in yesterday’s post, but is it not incumbent upon me to show rather than tell? Issue 19 (sorry, Bel does not appear in it) gave me a lot of chances to experiment with different clothes and hairstyles for Winifred. This look is inspired by that.
