Here's a quick recap anyway. Winifred and Bel, tied for the top of the Santaur's Naughty List, are given the choice to either go back to being hopefully nice children or simply working off their naughty debt. In this Monthly Mutations Continuation™, Angela (who is low-mid tier Nice) believes that the Santaur has gone too far and wants to make things right for Win and Bel.
