Side note to New England restauranteurs out there: PLEASE do not spell it “lobstah” on your menu. Visitors do not find it charming unless they are simpletons, and the locals are so very weary of it.

I'm a lobster!' I saw it in a summer camp nurse station and I've been unable to ever find it anywhere.
