2021-06-14 17:19:29 +0000 UTCAhaaa, that lil' burst of color around the scepter on panel 4 there makes it a lot more obvious that it's got some kinda AUTHORITY POWERS; before that, I thought that Hat Girl just spontaneously discovered in panel 5 that she has a real thing for being ordered around by exquisitely-dressed bigladies or something >: D
