Deluxe Basic Package
Added 2021-11-17 05:59:57 +0000 UTCHere’s a commission I did for Kachopper featuring his OC Princess Caelia visiting an Underborough coffee shop. I don’t think I’ve done an official “basic” TF, so I hope I didn’t lean too bimboish. (Not that I think anyone here would complain.)
Just for fun, I included a step by step series of sketches and the various stages of the finished piece. Despite how I presented them here, I actually did the background before coloring the characters. I don’t always put enough thought into the overall palette, so starting with the bg helped the characters stand out more as far as my color choices.
This one kinda took me a while, so I’m going to take the rest of the week off, posting-wise. I’ll be back Monday with something fun! Will it be any more or less fun than my usual posts? Who can say?

2021-11-17 06:14:56 +0000 UTCSee, I think you did the right thing leaning into a more bimboish direction, if you went too hard into the casual/frumpy side of "basic" you would drift into nerd TF territory, and I don't think that would be the right vibe for this piece at all.
