The thing that's most striking about this outfit is the emphasis on striped patterns and the subtle use of angles and points to evoke the witchy aesthetic while honoring Victorian style. It's also lovely that you took the approach of making this a pretty and presentable outfit instead of a tattered/haggard witch look. Angela really looks like she'd fit right in the era, maybe turning a few heads on the street, but not in a bad way! What is the concept behind the short broom? Is it like a swagger stick?
