I can understand people having issues, and a lot of writers aren't familiar with erotica... but the female start writing is mostly normal story telling... I suppose it is what it is. I blame SadFlower, that usually works. =D

No whining at all. Glad you feel better. I'd ask to be a writer save work on main storyline would be a bit difficult if you want the variables and such. Would not mind doing side quest that is not crucial. After look it over I may see that it is not hard and I'll get to you asap. Seems wierd charging comission for your writing if you're not even committed to doing the job. Isn't there a reliable site for freelance writing? I guess many writers may shy away from erotic stuff, but you'd think there'd still be plenty of alternatives.

It's a little bit difficult with larger areas, like the female start probably, but you could always use parts of people's work for partial payments.

hmmm this is an interesting idea. I had planned on doing writing contests for more general content, but didn't think they'd fit a request for a very specific set of content, this idea could work though. The only thing is that I have fairly high standards for the quality of the female start to make sure it stacks up to the male one and because it's the first exposure to the game, so it feels like it might be setting the bar high for work without a guaranteed reward... but it would definitely work for other areas it seems... hmm, it's certainly something for me to think about, thanks!

Unfortunately you can't plan perfectly to have it done, but if you do it in advance you could only net a time boost. For example, if you plan on doing the start yourself in say a month, offer a bounty to anyone who completes most or all of it by then, and then if the work passes muster you can use it. As long as people are aware that there's a good chance that they aren't going to receive payment if you don't like it, or choose a different writers work

Have you thought of attempting a bounty board of sorts? Instead of commissioning the female start, offer a reward for it.
