Unlike clothing, which ties into several other systems (such as exhibition and condition), footwear mostly just affects appearance stats and descriptions, so I didn't want to invest the time early in development to create it. I didn't want to put in half-assed shoes as a placeholder, but they'll be getting the same kind of attention that clothing has gotten. I'll probably implement shoes at about the same time I do swimsuits, nightwear, and athletic wear. ^-^
