2018-02-15 15:50:17 +0000 UTCfrom what i understand, it is going to be a huge part of the game, but entirely avoidable if you play smart. so choosing all the options and doing all the things that will increase the risk of pregnancy will lead you towards that sort of content. in order to avoid it altogether, don't choose the pregnancy mutations, steer clear of the motherly body types, and don't have risky sex when you are fertile.
