I really like what I'm seeing so far. The UI is looking beautiful. I love sophistication in these types of games.

Nobody owns a home in Appletree, it's all owned by the Institute. If you're talking about customizing your home, such as adding items to it, or turning the spare bedroom into a special room, yes. If you're talking about custom mod/player content, yes, when it comes to creating custom decorations/items to the store for potential addition to your home.
