People have lost anywhere from 20% to 50% of their pledges. The issue is that banks are rejecting Patreon charges due to them looking fraudulent, because Patreon changed their bank to a bank in England rather than America.
If this issue is affecting you, you should be able to resolve it either online via your bank's website, or by calling them. Unfortunately this was a bit of a surprise for all of us.

You SHOULD receive an email or alert from Patreon if it happened, but the best way to be certain is to check your bank/paypal and see if the funds were properly withdrawn. If you're able to access the Patron content on my page, you're probably fine. I'm rather surprised this issue has happened, seeing that Patreon isn't exactly a small unheard of company, but... Patreon, I guess?
