Updated because by attempting to make cheats more reliable across saves, I broke cheats. Unfortunately my tests were on saved games from before the change, in which things worked nicely. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone! (0-26-1 has working cheats)
Update Part Deux: It seems the phone shortcut to the cheat menu is also broken. You can still access cheats through the settings menu normally though. Sorry, this too will be fixed!

After all, that's how artists post their uncensored versions, and other devs like Fenoxo post their uncensored art to Patreon... however, it doesn't hurt to be extra cautious, so I've changed them. Thanks again
