I'm not a huge fan of Milo and he's certainly gone off the deep end recently (not to mention his cocaine addiction), but lying about his stance on pedophilia is completely uncalled for. As for Cernovich, he courted the alt-right back during Trump's election, when "alt-right" was literally just a buzz word for "anyone on the right who isn't a traditional conservative or a neocon". Since Trump got elected, the alt-right has purity spiraled back into a tiny group of white identitarians, and Cernovich has dissociated himself from them. Honestly, I'm a lefty who supports a universal basic income, strong action against climate change, legal abortion and euthanasia and so on, but the complete lack of regard for truth on display here is why I refuse to call myself a progressive. Not everyone you dislike is a Nazi.

The incest is meh and honestly doesn't add or subtract anything from the game. If that was the only thing that was keeping Patreon from killing the site, I would have preferred Innoxia just axed it versus taking a hard stance against the man and falling on his or her sword. Oh wells I guess. Really liked that game and I think it was definitely something the others like it should strive to be. Guess I'll have to wait and see where the future takes it.

2019-03-10 04:24:08 +0000 UTCOh, I'm well aware, I got that message too. While incest was mentioned, (and removed from TiTS), the other was noncon, which forms a large part of both games. (the main gameplay mechanic being combat to avoid rape or allow you to rape.) I couldn't imagine how either game would look with that formula removed, to be honest.

I guess if there are limited alternatives to Patreon, the excluded people are going to end up moving over to those by default. And while I may not like certain political/supremacist/hate/whatever groups, I'm also very aware that there are lots of people who hate anything "porn" related, even when you do your best to be inclusive and open. So if you end up migrating to a place that is dedicated to freedom of speech/expression, you'll likely be sharing that place with some unsavory types too...

The gameplay was similar to TiTS yes, but there were specific gameplay elements that Innoxia refused to remove that got their Patreon page removed.

And Cernovich too, I see. So, it looks like they actively want all the basically neo-Nazis and pro-pedophilia people over there on purpose. It's like when the alt-right went and made their Patreon alternative, Hatreon. Which was...very on the nose.
