People absolutely have businesses named after the thing they are. In England they have video game stores called "Game." I think one that I find really funny was in Sword art online, called "Restaurant," wonder if you can guess what business that was? Also remember that this is cold wars days, things are simpler when it comes to HR and harassment and whatnot. I bet Cecil (Mr Elegant) has been at Eden for ages and has a lot of respect. (He probably also never did anything wrong before) Management probably reviewed the situation and chose to side with him in the dispute, especially have the kind faced House master vouched for him.

Usually cross for videogames like Xenoblade X and Monster Hunter X (known as Generations in the west). Also the expanded version is called Monster Hunter XX, which is not called 'cross cross' but 'double cross' in Japan (but in the west this version is called Generations Ultimate).
