um... as far as I know all concrete is reinforced... outer walls, roof, base floor all have rebar inside to keep from completely crumbling. internal walls are usually just cinder blocks.

Only once does Sukuna punch him down through the building, and on that occasion, his Shikigami wraps himself around him to protect him.
