Not always the case. Cyberpunk Edgerunners for example is better watched in dub better the original Cyberpunk universe is set in english. And it's one of the few instances where the dub is superior to the sub.

2023-03-02 02:12:40 +0000 UTCrewatching this is crazy bc this exactly how army people recruit 😭. he saw a little kid who lost his mom, tried to bring her back only to lose his arm and leg and had to bind his little brother's soul to armor. but despite this and ed looking all kinds of traumatized roy is still like "he's the PERFECT candidate to be a state alchemist" lol BYE
