It's that one episode where Miyuki Shirogane is trying to make Kaguya read this manga because he thought that after she finished reading it, she's going to be emotional and be in "love" aura. They even added that unique animation sequence at the end of that episode between Shirogane, Kaguya, and Ishigami where they're being lovey dovey with each other. So it's kinda confirmed that Oshi no Ko is in the same universe as Kaguya-sama or mayba Aka Akasaka just likes to reference things between his mangas.
