2023-06-17 18:44:05 +0000 UTCThe funny thing is that when Aka Akasaka (The Author of Oshi no Ko and Kaguya-sama) released this story in the manga, it's around the time when the live action of Kaguya-sama is airing. So this is like his jab to the film of his work because it was considered a shitty adaptation by majority of the viewers. And that one scene where they're saying goodbye to their mother, they didn't repeat the same scene again. They just showed us that we're in the "present" time now because they just got accepted to this "entertainer" school. So basically, what they showed at the end of the first episode is like a flash-forward to this one.
