2024-03-16 19:21:16 +0000 UTCthe writers did a good job of depicting someone who just minds their business and gets hated just bc they are introverted or reserved. happened to me at my old job. they didn’t know how shy i am and how laid back i am. when i finally got courage to talk to the other girls there they looked surprised and said “omg I thought you were a bitch! but you’re actually nice”. like cmon… just cause i didn’t talk😭 i never ignored them, i just didn’t have big reactions and i didn’t pat them on the head for everything they said and did.

It happened to Hana Kimura, she's a professional wrestler in Japan and joined the reality TV show. Same as Akane, the internet bullied and harassed her to death because of what she did in their reality drama show. I believe she just "throw" the cap of one of the popular boy in that show and the fanatic fans loses their mind because of it. And this is scripted too, the production team told her to slap him in the face for some "drama" but she couldn't do it so she just took his cap off. So imagine if she really slapped him in the show. Sadly, the internet people overreacted and they really thought she hates him. Unfortunately, unlike Akane, no one is there to save her when she tried to end her life because of the nonstop harassments from the Internet. It's not until she died when the mother revealed the truth that the production told her to do it but it's already too late.
