Some other people have mentioned it, DKDKTV give a lot of Korean context to their songs that we international fans miss out on even when reading a good translation. Crow-tit is actually a small bird, which after being used in a pretty well known Korean proverb, came to refer to someone who is trying too hard to fit in - a 'try-hard', basically (''if a crow-tit walks like a stork it'll break its legs''). You guys should definitely react to the song and its lyrics and maybe watch DKDKTV's explanation of it since it highlights the cultural references really well!

This was still an arena tour in the US, until they sold everything out and added CitiField as the first Korean group to perform in a stadium in the US. That concert sold out in 20 minutes. And... that was the end of arena concerts for us. They added an extension tour - Love Yourself:Speak Yourself later in 2019 - and it was all stadiums. And has been since then. Except for ticket buying, I miss the small venues (we're getting them back for Yoongi's tour - but tickets... Smh. So bad in 2017, 2018...I can't even imagine with the amount the fandom has grown.) The LY:SY extension stadium tour was 20 concerts, 6 in the US: 2 at Soldier Field (cold and pouring rain), 2 at Met Life and 2 at the Rose Bowl. Map of the Soul was scheduled to have 14 stadium concerts in the US - all sold out. But of course Covid hit and I watched my best seats ever go away. Then Permission to Dance had 8 US concerts - 4 in LA and 4 in Las Vegas. After the Wings Tour is when everything started to change for them. Their popularity skyrocketed and has just kept going up since then. I keep thinking about this as they tell their struggles and dreams on this docuseries because they were not prepared for what was going to happen after this tour.

We purchase them, then change the batteries as needed, but they are *not* handed out at the venue. And of course if it breaks you have to order a new one. Please correct me if I misunderstood, but I've heard Steph mention multiple times "those lights they hand out at concerts" and just want to clear up any misconception.

2023-02-18 19:24:45 +0000 UTCsometimes people can guess when will they arrive in their country (before a concert for example), but unfortunately there are a lot of leaks. when you have the money and the connections you can buy everything, even the flight information... people (and oftenmedia, basically tabloids) wait for them at airports even when they travel for an unexpected schedule, sometimes even when their travel on vacation ;/
