It was so fun to see all of the members try something on their own (I still can't believe they're in one group with how different their albums are😂)and I can't wait for what's to come in the next couple of years.

2023-11-04 23:36:30 +0000 UTCjungkook said that while this album is not autobiographical at all and other ppl wrote the songs for him, he did personally organize and choose the songs and album order himself. it’s like more a concept album which is cool because he said he chose the songs and album order that way because he wanted it to be universally relatable. it makes me think that he has such a good understanding of love and and relationships for himself. i think my faves changed while watching u guys react. i love too sad to dance (so cute but so sad🥺😭), please don’t change (dj snake said this song contained a message for armys from jungkook!), standing next to you (steph my reaction to his vocals was the same as yours. jk is DIVINE!), and yes or no (ed sheeran wrote this one, his style shines through so much!). loved your reaction and amazing interpretation of the lyrics and concept!💜💜💜

Hate You has got to be my favorite song. I'm a sucker for a good ballad and it was the one thing i wanted JK to put on this album. so proud of him. PS: JK is going to be on the Jimmy Fallon show on monday to be interviewed and have a live performance.

2023-11-04 18:51:09 +0000 UTCJungkook in an interview said that “he chose love songs for their universality, but that people shouldn't read them as autobiographical” so seeing you guys discuss the lyrics and feeling for the latter half of the album was so much fun..😅 He did not participate in writing or the production process but he did curate the album to form a cohesive narrative of a relationship. He has put out an incredible album and thank you so much for your reaction guys..💜

So don’t worry guys, there’s no personal story here lol cuz that latter half of the album 😮💨 These were purely for the narration of the album. The storytelling from the beginning of a relationship to the bitter end is absolutely phenomenal. I’m a sucker for angst and sadness in songs so Hate You and Shot Glass of Tears got me good. What an incredible album, expected nothing less from the golden maknae
