Comments

I must say btwn watching your rxns to bts and some of these kdramas and seeing your conversations and how open minded and articulate you both are, your kids are very lucky to have parents like you. Kudos to you both. And Borahae

Dancemish

Ko intentionally asked for the shawl knowing that was the bind. It is sometimes hard but Ko is actually portrayed to be very good reader and has a quick self reflection on her

Md Sheam Bin Sayhid

That's interesting. Seeing it through the eyes of people she would interact with without knowing her condition

Honey

Loved the reaction

Honey

Something in the rain next pls

Mya

After this series, can we get a lighthearted one next? Like Mr Queen! I think it’s also time to delve in Joseon Era K-Dramas.

Geee

I recommend Gaus Electronics, streaming on Viki. Its a office RomCom and from what other people are saying I agree that it would be a nice to do a more light hearted show.

mirino

Y'all need to react to Familiar Wife and Something in the Rain

JOSE CONEJO

I think after this they should react to strong girl bongsoon for a breath of fresh air

haleema khalid

Nele

Yeah King the land is good and it's the same vibe as another drama called "What's wrong with secreatry kim ?" which is starring Park Seojun, a very good of friend of Taehyung hehe

Leenseoh

Gang tae is also the highest paying actor in Korea at the moment!!!

Jennifer Yuen

If you guys like stories about family, friends, parents and growing up, I highly recommend Reply 1988.

Pleasure Me

Great reaction as always, guys. I know we won't have another poll for a while, but I'm really hoping they react to Reply 1988. It's a drama with family dynamics set in the 80's and their friendships are the best.

Your reaction to this episode is great. I really appreciate your perceptions πŸ’œ Especially Wesley commenting on the fact that depending on a person's disposition and maturity, some teens may be more equipped for life by themselves. It's a concept that I really try to fight for in school papers and stuff because so many people act like teens or even some children are completely incapable of thinking and acting mature so they are incapable of taking care of themselves, managing bad situations and being able to understand or handle adult topics, which to me is a very dangerous idea. What I learned from personal experience and the way other countries rear children is that kids and especially teens are very capable of anything an adult is capable of depending on the way they are raised and can get in or out of trouble based on that. The more we shelter children, the more potential for danger there is. Eg. Sex talk is extremely important for them to learn about young because they not only need to understand their bodies and what is and isn't normal, but they need to fully understand consequences and how to protect themselves. They need to learn how to read a situation to prevent getting assaulted for example, to look for warning signs even from other kids. They also need to learn empathy because no human is born with that concept. We learn over time and some may struggle with the idea of it. They need to learn the world isn't black and white. Teens especially need to be treated as little adults because when people think of them as children, it's so easy for them to get into major consequential situations. We need to prepare kids for life early because we can't always be there to protect them for everything. The best thing my parents ever did for me was not monitored and inhibit everything. I learned how to navigate bad situations and avoid them because of adult movies and TV lol but it's important to go at the pace of the child so you don't freak them out or anything. As for sleep paralysis, I have them a lot. It's not really always like they show on TV and when you know what it is, it's not so scary. The first couple of times when you don't expect it can be terrifying though. But you don't necessarily face a demon or anything. It's just that your caught in between a sleep and waking state. The key is to just close your eyes and go back to sleep even if you're scared. Or you can start by moving your fingers and pinching them together to signal your brain to release the hormones that paralyze you for sleep.

Hey guys, thank you for today's episode 😊 I've seen people recommend "The glory" to react to after this one. But I don't know if you want something more light hearted after this one because it's so heavy/dark which the glory also is but more. If you want to have a break between those I recommend "King the land" it so fun and lighthearted also serious but oh man I really think you're going to love "King the land" It's a new kdrama and it's on Netflix
