The guy said that railgun has been his family for generations. Which implies that the old dude that created things died a long time ago. So yeah maybe time works differently in this world in contrast with earth. Like Narnia.

2024-07-04 20:47:10 +0000 UTCI highly recommend you guys check out "Combatants will be dispatched!" if you like this show. I think it's the same studio and the humour is definitely similar. There are even some connections between it and the Konosuba universe.
