Re-watching because I'm sick and this brings me joy, but on the topic of people looking like you, I used to get told I look like Lindsay Lohan, but haven't been told I looked like anyone I'm not related to for a long time until recently, my PT instructor literally freaked out when he first saw me 🤣 he was like "omg.. your a clone of my colleague!" And when he showed me a picture, everything from the jaw, nose, freckles, brown hair, eyes (tho hers were brown and mine hazel) were scary similar, even I was weirded out lol

I’m Jamaican American but I love FC Bayern Münich (Germany), I even sent a letter to them back in high school and they sent me back a whole bunch of merch. I also love Wrexham bc of Ryan Reynolds and their show abt the team 😂. I also know and love a lot of Korean athletes (from basketball to soccer to volleyball) but I don’t necessarily follow their teams.

Namely the modern language was hard to listen to at first. I am sure they'd enjoy it regardless so hopefully they choose to watch it on their own.

It won best international film and best original screenplay at the Oscars, and the direction Bong Joong Ho won best director as well (the second Asian to ever do so). He also directed Snow piercer, which is a film that was referenced in the lyrics of Spring Day by bts:) The film itself is a social commentary and contains a lot of metaphors that can be hard to catch, but make the film so much better

In the future I hope you can check out season 2 of Youns Kitchen, it has the same premise as Jinny's Kitchen except that the owner of the restaurant is Ms. Youn. Seo jin, Yu Mi, and Park Seo Joon are a part of the cast. It's a really fun watch.

Understanding them and reading the subs was quite the experience lol the translators left out all the slang and more informal stuff and made them sound very polished and proper ahahaha (I remember there also being a very confusing mistranslation!) and it made me wonder if the Spanish/Dutch etc speakers watching this and hearing their language had the same experience

2023-10-07 19:36:52 +0000 UTCSeo Jun had been in some good dramas. Of course, Hwarang with Tae (and Minho and other really good-looking actors). He was in Parasite, too, but not for long. Itaewon Class, What's awrong with Secretary Kim, Figt for My Way, etc. But my favorite is Kill Me, Heal Me. It's a great drama about a guy with multiple personality disorder. So funny.
