Many factors can cause it, in Choso's case coagulating his blood to make his body harder had a really high risk of causing him actual thrombosis. Him being an incarnated cursed womb still puts him at risk of such organical risks

Choso was playing with Not Geto and Mahito, and despite not being anywhere close he instinctively knew his brothers were dead. In that memory scene we can see that all the cursed wombs are at the table, Itadori included. Ergo Yuji might indeed be a type of cursed womb. Would explain why he's able to withstand Sukuna despite not having any Jujutsu training

2023-10-25 20:12:16 +0000 UTCThe Choso memories scene was also pretty confusing in the manga, but I feel like the anime didn't put enough emphasis on Sukuna's confusion, he was surprised as well, so it was kinda implied from the get-go he had nothing to do with it

2023-10-25 19:42:45 +0000 UTCNah Sukuna has made it clear in s1 he hates itadori and dosent care if he dies, even he was curious on why choso didnt kill him. this was something else completly, i think yuji might be a death womb also since in the memory it showed all the wombs together, and choso can feel what happens to his brothers and he started freaking out the second itadori got maimed by him and itadori feeling bad killing the brothers in S1
