Attack On Titan S4 Episode 20

Hey guys, we are so sorry but somehow Episode 17 (the real one) was deleted from our computer before we posted it. Since we record so much I (Wesley) have to delete files pretty frequently after copying them to an external SSD to save space, I must have accidentally deleted our Episode 17 reaction. I'm so sorry!

Comments

Ehh.. there are shows that I think do a better version of this type of character.. Eren, like I explained in the other comment, is too similar to Hitler. But the mains from Solo Leveling, or Tsukimichi. I love their slow transition into something more dark and complex. But again, these aren't people that could manipulate an audience into thinking like them. Oh, and I think what I also dislike is that even bad guys have some moral ground they don't cross, but I don't think Eren has any at this point. What he is inciting could kill everyone he cares about, because all he can see and focus on is the death of the rest of the world.

I love eren for all these resons such a good main character with good writing reminds me of gon where he acts the same but this time its apliyed to something bad

Joshua Moore

Finally the moment I can say, the reason I hate Eren are these words. "To prevent others from stealing my freedom, I'll steal theirs first" Not because he follows Zeke's plan, but because of his own plan to remove POSSIBLE threats. Also Armen and Mikasa, Levi, Hange, Cony, Jean, all the main gang, they're good guys. Just ignorant to Eren's nature. Also someone commented on my comment in the past believing Eren wasn't really in control, but look at young Eren in this episode. He is a psychopath in the making and Eren even says "I was always me. I've always been this way where I'll steal someone's freedom (life) to save my own" so I stand firm on my "I hate Eren" club membership lol

Eren was clearly being sarcastic when after being showed one memory he immediately said "ok yeah my dad is an asshole, I never should've been born, I'm no longer brainwashed". It's meant to be kinda funny since Zeke obviously doesn't buy it for a second and tells him there's no need to rush

Doccyy

At the beginning, Zeke is showing Eren Grisha's memories thinking he brainwashed Eren like he did to him only to find out that he was a good father to Eren. Zeke thinks this since the moment he found out he had a brother, that's why in S3 he says to Eren "someday I'll come and save you" This is the first time Zeke has access to Grisha's memories because this is an Attack Titan power, and just until now that they are both in the coordinate they can see the memories. Eren have already see this when he kissed Historia's hand, that's the point he sees everything for the first time, that's the origin of his suddenly changes of attitude. Also, Grisha decides to take the Founding Titan because of Eren's wish to join the Scouts, because seeing his son naturally wishes to conquer their "freedom" makes him keep goinf with the original plan.

Damn sucks episode 17 is gone😭Also I’m sure somebody said it already but the owl said “Save Mikasa and Armin” not Eren lmao. Also Grisha can see Zeke because Eren is looking at Zeke. So Grisha can see through Eren’s POV since he can see Eren’s future memories!

Alex5AVA6E

no one will ever make me hate eren😫

maria

Grisha referring to Mikasa as his daughter 😢

Brooklyn

The amount of memes that came from the scene of Eren making Grisha kill the Reiss family lool

Tony

The owl told Grisha to save Mikasa and Armin

Mesbah Mohamady

As mentioned above, Grisha was seeing what Eren was seeing So when Grisha first saw Zeke, he saw him from the point view of Eren ! so we may summarize it like that: 1- Future Eren is looking at Zeke in Zeke's memories. 2- Eren sends this vision to Grisha at the past ! 3- Grisha sees the vision of Zeke sent to him from Eren ! So at the moment when Grisha was leaving the house and talking to little kid Eren about the basement, we saw him looking at future Eren, at this moment Grisha was actually seeing himself ! as if he was looking at a mirror ! why? 1- Future Eren was looking at his dad in Zeke's memories when he was at the door leaving the house 2- Future Eren sends this vision back to Grisha at the past 3- Grisha received this vision from future Eren so he sees himself ! It's like Eren's eyes are a camera observing and recording and Grisha receives what is sent from this camera !

Mesbah Mohamady

The owl urged Grisha to find a family and complete his mission for the sake of Armin and Mikasa :)

So to clarify, those moments that Grisha seemed to see Eren or Zeke, Eren was actually sending him memories of his own point of view, Grisha was watching from Erens eyes

Josh Ashford

Also Eren was sending Grisha memories of his wife turned to Titan and his sister eaten by dogs to enrage grisha and give him motivation to do this , again since it’s memories grisha wasnt just seeing those things again he was feeling all those pains again too

Armani

A live stream through time. Grisha was seeing zeke thru Erens pov , so he can’t see Eren but he can hear him .If u notice everytime grisha saw zeke Eren was standing behind grisha And when Eren manipulated him He was sending grisha memories of this exact moment happening now in Eren’s future while grisha is living that moment in the past at the same time. Like a live stream through time. Also since it’s memories that was being transmitted that’s how grisha can hear Eren & feel his emotions but not see him , because again it’s from Eren eyes and memories

Armani

Eren I love you 😭

carocatowr

The highly anticipated 4/20 can't wait to watch...

Infinite Ree

when a show is this good, the only thing you can do is laugh not because you find it funny but you are unable to express any other emotion just like steph.

Abhinav Mishra
