2024-07-16 01:48:19 +0000 UTCBecause I'm a MOTS (Covid) ARMY like y'all I never realised how much you might know and not know about the boys, because you've seen run (though you are now starting in chronological order) but you've seen bon voyage, it doesn't mean that you know all the struggles, so I understand why you felt the need to watch the hardship video (so glad I joined your Patreon by the way!) š

2024-05-26 03:49:29 +0000 UTCI know right, even when I became a fan 2015, you still thankful that our guys have the confidence more and moreš

2024-05-26 03:48:04 +0000 UTCAGREED! It's one of my favorites, and I'm ARMY for a long time, so I've heard it all. ššš»

2024-05-13 22:03:23 +0000 UTCyour little discussion at the end was so nice! I just watched your run bts reaction where you start from the beginning and it really made me think how far you come and how well you know the members now! I agree with all of your points :D

2024-05-13 17:03:51 +0000 UTCSometimes when I get demotivated, I think of Bangtan. These guys went through so much and the reason they endured it all was the pure love for their craft. What truly moved them was their passion, the massive success was just a consequence. Love + Resilience + Hard Work. It is very inspiring to me.

2024-05-13 14:31:39 +0000 UTCSteph saying that the thought of Jimin not making it to BTS makes her panic a little, I really felt that š

2024-05-13 14:05:53 +0000 UTCI hope you guys can start doing full album reactions because there are a lot of songs you guys have heard yet.

2024-05-13 13:33:34 +0000 UTCSteph definitely has got Jiminās aura down pat. Couldnāt have said it better myself. Especially in those early years when the members were still getting used to each other, were very serious, and even Jin hadnāt developed enough self-confidence to become the funny, easy going guy we know today.

2024-05-13 00:42:28 +0000 UTC26:04 you gotta remember that Hobi came from a street dance background, not a choreographed dance background. Those two are quite literally the antithesis of each other. Street dance is all about free styling, creativity, and doing whatever comes to mind, how ever feels right in the moment. Choreography (ESPECIALLY for idols) is about insane precision and uniformity. Not to mention the different skills and techniques associated with both styles. So for hobi, he had to fight all the muscle memory he had built up as a street dancer and learn to conform to the visual picture of the unit and the directives of their choreographer (Mr. Son) Fun fact: the insane synchronization BTS displayed early in their careers started a trend in the idol industry (which is now the standard) called āknife like choreography.ā That essentially means their performance was so precise and in sync that it was akin to the sharpness of a knife. Believe it or not, that insane level of attention to detail wasnāt present in the previous generations of K-pop.

2024-05-13 00:11:27 +0000 UTCI love how you guys pointed out how Yoongi uses his music to exorcise his feelings. Heās said so in the past, mostly during his D-2 promotions, but itās so obvious as a listener and fan that he works through all his emotions through music which (as you guys said) leaves him in a more peaceful place as a person. Itās really healthy and, despite what he thinks of his old music, Iām glad he got to use his Agust D persona to work through all his negative experiences and emotions, as itās left us with a Yoongi at so much peace that heās ready to leave Agust D behind.

2024-05-13 00:01:22 +0000 UTCI haven't finished the whole docuseries yet. Glad that you're watching it now so I get to watch it with you! And I am so happy with your reaction and thoughts. Maybe bc u pay attention to details too, that u easily understand everything. I also love how u think deeply and like how u view it in the members perspective in a way, how they would think & feel at that time. I know it's a bit confusing understanding the series bc there are flashbacks from their debut knowing they're so big & successful now, but u did a great job! Can't wait for nxt episode!

2024-05-12 22:25:26 +0000 UTCI agree with the comments about doing full album reactions (for the solo projects you guys missed too), Thereās actually a good amount of songs that you guys havenāt heard yet since youāve mainly only heard the title tracks or singles from each album

2024-05-12 21:50:02 +0000 UTCThe book is great!!

2024-05-12 21:10:21 +0000 UTCThey're early stuff, while they were telling their stories, the sound is actually more the kpop sound than any of their music after. For the Youth series, I think they shifted because of their difficulties, they related more to their music because they all had a hand in it and not just RM and Suga. I believe the youth series is when they found their sound and then evolved the most from there. Their early stuff while still relevant, was more straightforward. After, it became more interpretive.

2024-05-12 18:58:13 +0000 UTCI love this but I was honestly hoping for a reaction to Jungkook Goldem showcase where he did the whole album, and Suga last concert. Hope you guys do a reaction to it soon
Mubashirah Sampson
2024-05-12 18:55:48 +0000 UTCIt started pre-covid but they had to finish it during covid. There are videos of each BTS member doing a connect video on BangtanTV

2024-05-12 18:28:59 +0000 UTCThank you for starting to react to this series that I loved. Also one day it would be cool if you finish reacting to some old albums and also a Kdrama based on the HYYH storyline has being released and it is super good!!! I totally recommend it too

2024-05-12 14:35:00 +0000 UTCLOOK HERE is extremely catchy and fun!!! From 2014's Dark & Wild!

2024-05-12 13:14:16 +0000 UTCJimin also learned hiphop before contemporary so the way of dancing might not have been so foreign to him.
Maya
2024-05-12 12:39:04 +0000 UTCYes Jimin is very charming but he like JK maybe more than JK didn't have a lot of self confidence and didn't believe in himself but I understand why, Jimin only had 6 months to train and that is a short time for anyone to learn new skills, Jimin had no previous vocal coaching and had to learn how to sing from scratch and he was also a contemporary dancer and had to learn a new way of dancing and Jimin himself said it was very difficult. I obviously can't Imagine a BTS without him or any other member and I think they all were unfinished and very raw to some level, All of them had to learn a new skill that they had never done before wether it was rapping, dancing or singing, but the rest had a head start in learning, this is what made us older ARMY gravitate towards them. They are very refined now but they still have that rawness in them today.

2024-05-12 10:26:06 +0000 UTCYesss, you guys should definitely react to BTS' older albums and the solo mixtapes you haven't heard!

2024-05-12 08:39:54 +0000 UTCI agree Jimin really is charming. Idk how anyone can ever hate him. He worries about others before worrying about himself, heās a team player through and through, heās not afraid to show his affection, heāll fly across the world to support the members and heās got an insane work ethic. RM even dubbed him the āking of chemistryā cus he gets along so well with each and every member. Like I donāt think many people would see any member with Jimin and go āhmm thatās an interesting combo I donāt see oftenā bc youāll see him hang out with every one. Heās a fun silly little guy. Him and RM have such high emotional intelligence, I think itās one of the secrets to BTSā close bond. They are the best communicators. Also interesting theyāre the only extroverts on the team lol

2024-05-12 02:13:51 +0000 UTCoh you should react to their old albums cause there are a lot of bangers that you are missing out, thank you guys for the episode I can't believe we are finally starting this docu series and in every episode my heart gets filled with proud and love for them, they deserve every success that they've had, cause they've been working hard so much for over a decade and ever though they successful they stay loyal to their own identities and they stay humble, I always wish them to be the happiest. See you guys on the next episode have a great week

2024-05-12 00:03:50 +0000 UTCbtw, the person kang myung seok is the author and interviewer when they wrote the book beyond the story. if you guys or anybody wants, I highly recommend checking it out. here's a link to the pdf of the story: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HR3u-JUaU5Kqzyhek-iYRJX5yXEseHJE/view?usp=drivesdk

2024-05-12 00:02:15 +0000 UTCYou mentioned you were curious about the training time and the people who didnāt make it. There is a video of someone who got cut that is really interesting. https://youtu.be/5Rli94zPzjM?si=uGuSpWNesb0UFObX

2024-05-11 20:42:35 +0000 UTCThe song you thought was really catchy is called look here , off their dark and wild album !!

2024-05-11 19:19:34 +0000 UTCThanks for the reaction!! As always
shayna
2024-05-11 18:58:33 +0000 UTCArmy, please correct me. Jimin only had 6 months of training and was almost cut a few times before debut. Honestly, I can't imagine BTS without Jimin, he plays such an integral role in everything. BTS without any single member, does not sit right with me.
shayna
2024-05-11 18:58:17 +0000 UTCOmg yeeeeeesssss this would be a DREAM! Imagine if they reacted to all the content surrounding BE album, the making of and interviewsš
Rinakin
2024-05-11 18:39:09 +0000 UTCExactly! It was supposed to include art exhibitions and installations all over the world. The point was to bring together the world of visual art (contemporary), dance and music. They connected with some of the most influential art curators and collaborated. Before covid hit, BTS were able to visit the art installation in New York, but then all the other exhibitions were available āonlineā⦠this project was a part of the whole album rollout that got derailed with covid. It was supposed to be a big closing of the chapter 1 (along with the tour) before they enlisted at the end of 2020.
Rinakin
2024-05-11 18:38:01 +0000 UTCThey've mentioned several times that the most memorable award for them is their first music show win, which is for their song I Need U which btw is its 9th anniv last May 5. And I think that's because in kpop, the most important award you can get during that time that will show that you're a successful group is the music show wins, aside from daesangs or grand prizes from major award shows (MAMA, MMA, etc) and winners were announced weekly. Not winning is a big loss especially for groups that are not from big agencies because they pay just so they can perform in those shows. Anyway, I'm so excited for your reaction to this (I cried every episode when I first watched this on my own hehe)

2024-05-11 18:24:46 +0000 UTCAaa Iām enjoying rewatching this SO MUCH with you guys šššš
Rinakin
2024-05-11 18:24:19 +0000 UTCI donāt know much about it so please correct me if Iām wrong, but the art exhibition Joon was talking about in the beginning was pre-Covid. Besides the MOTS tour BTS also collaborated with multiple artists to create Connect: BTS which was a huge art exhibition that had art exhibits around the world, the first Black Swan MV was a collaboration with a dance company(The video only featured the dance group) and many other forms of art. Sadly because of covid it kinda got buried under all the chaos and confusion and didnāt get as much attention as it deserved.

2024-05-11 18:17:23 +0000 UTCThe song you mentioned that you havenāt heard before is called āLook hereā. Thereās actually a lot of Bts songs you havenāt heard of yet! I think youāve probably listened to half of Btsā discography (maybe closer to 1/3 if you count their solo songs you have yet to hear). Thatās why I really hope you guys get into album reviews (hopefully in chronological order so you can hear their gradual improvements). Maybe after you guys get through this and J-hopeās dancing docuseries? Anyways thanks for the reaction! Iām excited to rewatch this docuseries with you guys š

2024-05-11 18:11:46 +0000 UTCthe first 4 episodes are pretty much recaps of the other documentaries, I would recommend doing 2 at a time due to the fact they're shorter and you will have seen most of the footage, episodes 5-8 are then mostly new stuff, there is an issue with this documentary however with the editing and the timeline is all over the place, they will talk about one thing but then show footage from something that happened like 2 years earlier, or show something happening as if it happened after something which actually happened before
