I get curious myself about how they film the show and watch cast interviews mainly to see what the cast themselves say about what it’s like to film everything. But the cast interviews in korea or for kdramas can be interesting as the cast shares more things the audience never knew about the show, themselves, other cast members or the dynamics between the production and other staff. That’s how i got certain info i mentioned in the comment section on other videos.

So going off what science teacher explained, context clues, and then the videos left behind, I think it's like a combo of a strong will plus either a) tempering the virus long enough to give the system to fight back and push back against the instinctive responses, or if your immune system is strong enough to do that on it's own. So probably 40% willpower, and 60% chance based on your body is how the hambies happen, and I am convinced from an ep or 2 ago when he explains about the virus' evolution, that we are wrong in thinking the virus evolving means the percentage of hambies goes up. Hambies are when the human beats the virus right? That's the virus losing power in the system. The virus evolving means that each zombie progresses the longer it's alive, becoming more adept at hunting and becoming "smarter" I don't think the virus is a collective consciousness, but rather similar to a normal virus, if you get it in you, a baby virus is born and develops inside you and it's separate from others. Science teacher I think isn't a hambie, but a smart zombie. He said the virus basically is all id, animal instinct, whatever, and if you think of it like a predator that is evolving, there is no humanity left, but the virus better learns as a predator to hunt. That's my theory. So even in Prez, her body is still fighting the virus. I'm thinking it's like a really bad flu. Even if you FEEL better, the virus is still alive and fighting, evolving and the hambies get hungrier because the virus is dying trying to fight the system. If she holds out that might be the cure! It's zombie-covid!

It’s interesting to see how they did alot and you can see a bit of actors/actresses personalities. The actor who plays baresu is said to be extremely shy. And the actor for gwinam is known to be very comical and sweet to everyone. And the actor who plays dae su was actually doing acting as a side job while working at regular mininum waged job and he said he didn’t know his career would take off after taking the role of dae su. But all and all that right there shows alone how phenomenal these actors and actresses are at their jobs.
