Not sure if it can be made into a reaction but there is an animated scene of Subaru and Emilia’s date that was exclusive to a slot machine. (Just re zero things 😂) Someone posted a recording on YouTube but audio of slot machine is going on too.

That's web novels, which a lot of light novels start out as until either a publisher contacts the author, or the author submits their work to be officially serialized. Re: Zero was started out as a web novel, I believe. I suppose they could be, but most, including Re: Zero is published by Yen On. From what I've read of the light novels I own of Re: Zero, there are quite a few conversations between characters they aren't in the anime. They don't really affect the main story, but they do show more of certain characters, well, character. I believe the "Light" part in light novel just refers to that they're not too long (usually around 200–350 pages), and easy to read.

2025-04-11 17:07:18 +0000 UTCThese are so fun! But just to let you know, there's also another type of re zero breaktime, that is not canon, but still, just as fun, called Re Zero Petit! They flesh out characters that are on the later part of season 1, as well as laugh in the process. You should definitely check it out too!!
