He was furious over the genocide of his clan and wants to get their eyes back, but doesnt seem to have any real feelings about the collection of parts as a whole... so he probably has no issues with who he works for since they are just collectors, and have not actively killed people... at least not anyone he cares about.

Not that it isnβt already great, but HxH is one of the few anime that could truly rival something like One Piece in terms of grandness and worldbuilding, I feel, if Togashi were able to produce more. There is so much potential, especially with where the anime leaves off.

I looked on the wiki and Hisaka's personality description is genuinely 100% correct. considering I'm not interesting in fighting. I would want some kind of information storage device. Basically a second brain that cant forget anything. Ideally it would be some sort of computer that's portable and I can change the form of. I would use it to store my own memories meaning I could probably choose what to forget and what to remember. Then it would also just be basically endless access to external information and entertainment. I would become super know-it-all to the dismay of my friends

2025-01-31 05:41:56 +0000 UTCAnother potential ability if I did not go the computer route would be a Book of Conjuration. I'm a roleplayer, so I'm constantly creating different stories and scenarios as a way to pass my time. I make that my ability. I can summon a book. It have an upper limit to the number of pages, but if I use a page it will be torn out and replaced with a new one. On each page I'm able to describe a creature, object or something else, by writing the description on said page. I have to limit my descriptions to what fits to the page and how hyped I am at the creation will multiply or limit its strength depending on the quality of the descriptions. When I tear a page out whatever I have described will be summoned for at most an hour. If I haven't had time to prepare a page sufficiently the summoning will fail and dissipate. A restraint/vow to make it stronger could be whether the summonings could disobey me or not. If I summon a dragon for instance, I can probably make it really strong if I had no say in its actions after creation. The maximum number of pages would also work as a restriction, limiting the number of potential responses I'm able to prepare beforehand. And duplicates would not make me as hyped, each summoning needs to be unique to be as effective as possible, another type of restriction. Each page would require an amount of aura to activate, so in the beginning it would probably be all I could do to activate them once at a time with rest in between, although if I were a the level of the Phantom Troupe I could probably summon a number of them simultaneously without issue. Note that restrictions can be a good way to balance out the power loss I would incur by using other nen categories such as manipulation to control the summonings or emission to let them fully leave my aura.

There are later Conjuration abilities that I would be tempted to reproduce, but spontaneously if I were to come up with my own personal ability... Then I would try to conjure some form of computer. A smartphone likely, but one that I can control with my mind instead of having to type stuff in manually. So I could program certain apps or maybe even nen-AI to integrate with my thinking process to better be able to come up with solutions faster. Then if I manage to reach a secondary ability I would conjure things I can control with my first one; robot arms or even complete robots. Normally one would have to include Manipulation to control things from afar, even things created by Conjuration, unless you physically wield the item in question or something like that. But by having an API and injecting programming code to a nen construction using similar technologies that we use for controlling say robot arms in the real world then I think I could get around that requirement. It would be cool to come up with specific robot types that can incur specific abilities as well, so I would probably try for that, but even getting this far is complicated enough for this answer.

2025-01-31 04:54:34 +0000 UTCShadow Beasts got the short end of the stick - being seen as pretty strong Nen users, but their only purpose in the show is to get killed off by the Troupe to highlight how freakishly strong they are. The strongest Emitter weβve seen so far is probably Franklin from the Troupe, with his Machine Gun Fingers (at the start of the auction). He also likely has a textbook Emitter ability : shooting/throwing his aura. There are also Emitters with more niche and intricate abilities, but you could say theyβre usually pretty similar to "throwing fireballs." :D

2025-01-31 03:28:28 +0000 UTCLol the transition from mostly upbeat and safe tournament arc funtime with gon to kurapika's house of body horrors is always great. A lot of people have this arc as their favorite just from the genre shift to a crime thriller with awesome villains and pacing. Edit: something to remember before next time is the whole nen type proficiency stuff, like how kurapika is a conjurer so his proficiency with other nen type skills is 80%/60%/40% as it gets further on the nen chart. Some people get tripped up on stuff so its just good to have in mind
