Good point, I was wondering about that too.

Inguh Kim

Wes And Steph

Wes And Steph

Wes And Steph

Haha I can’t lie sometimes we write them down!

Wes And Steph

We recognized him!!!!

Wes And Steph

Youre right!!!!!

Wes And Steph

Yess!!! Such a fantastic actor

Wes And Steph

Haha we figured it out!!! I promise!

Wes And Steph

it's very easy to miss as I thought she said "unless it's an O" as in he was going to vote for O not In-Ho

Callum

I would guess in the next episode, since you and at least ten others literally spelled it out for them.

Rockycitygirl

did they noticed player 120?

Joenne

Last comment, I swear (lol), but peep the difference: in season 1, when it came down to the Old Man's vote, he voted to let everyone go home. This season, the front man voted to keep everyone in the game 👀 ...that's all I got 😂😂 but I think it's an interesting detail bc in both seasons the final vote came down to 001

This is just something random I realized, but in season 1, when the front man caught and killed the doctor and the guys doing the organ harvesting, he gave a whole speech about how life in the real world is hell for the contestant and being in here needs to be fair so that they have one final chance at an equal opportunity for success (I'm just paraphrasing, it was more eloquent than that lol). But in season 2, last episode specifically, he's shifted to calling the contestants "trash" and "losers" who simply lost the game... I think following the death of the Host (aka the old man), the front man has been forced to do more and be exposed to the cruelty of the game more than he ever has before, and in a sense, I think it's radicalized him. Bc I'd argue he used to have compassion for the contestants even in the midst of carrying out his job (probably bc he empathized as a former contestant himself), but now he seems hardened towards them. Those 3 years seems to have changed him too.

222 and the cryptocurrency guy (333) were shown in episode one. They're apparently in a relationship because she was calling him when she was at the maternity clinic to get a checkup on her pregnancy.

The North Korean girl who's working as a shooter in the game: she had a triangle mask in the last episode, and triangles are the gunmen (squares are the supervisors and the only ones permitted to speak, and circles are the runts who do all the grunt work). Also, in her backstory, they showed pictures of her in a North Korean military(?) uniform and said that she had shot her superior before defecting to South Korea. So, they already gave us the background of her being comfortable/familiar with shooting/weapons (she's the perfect person to seek out and lure for this job; she's both desperate and skilled) Also, Fun Fact: the same actress also played Nurse Juri from It's Okay To Not Be Okay

Ahjusshi_Brown

Thanos drives me nuts but fun fact; he's played by T.O.P from Big Bang, the biggest idol group before BTS, and he's playing a parody of himself as a rapper who went to prison for drug use. People always said his raps were too strange and he was weird so his character is satire for all the criticism he gets lol so I low-key respect it 😂 Also you asked about the drugs and empathy. There's actually a weird thing about this. So, the pills he has I'm 100% are "dirty 30s" a 30mg oxy, an opiate, with a drop of fetanyl, the general anesthetic, which is the drug I was addicted to, and all they ever did was make me sleep (I have HORRIBLE insomnia so that's how that started) and the people I knew who used it only ever said it helped them function normally, sleep, or calmed them. But the addiction is what lowers your empathy. Your brain goes into prioritizing survival and it thinks the drug = survival. It shuts down all other human needs like love/understanding/empathy, power/meaning, and fun. That's where you begin to do things like stealing meds and money from loved ones and so on. (According to my addiction therapist) But, I think Thanos was already a borderline sociopath because no matter how badly under the influence, you don't do things you're not predisposed to. Drugs and alcohol remove inhibitions and make someone honest and take off the mask. So even when I was on drugs, nobody ever noticed because I wasn't the type to do anything outrageous. But if you're already masking a darker version of yourself? You can become truly evil with alcohol/drugs removing that mask 😅 Also, 120 is my fav. Did you recognize them yet? 😂 it took me until ep 6 before I realized it

Chels

Huh, surprisingly she did say it, but it's easy to miss! 1:08:50

Ethereal

Steph thought front man is gonna play but forgot to say it out loud lmaao. We all had these moments

Md Sheam Bin Sayhid

season 1 was more action focused, which makes sense, but i enjoyed season 2 more, because they really committed to focus on the characters themselves

morela

Fun fact: Thanos is played by T.O.P, a real rapper/idol, previously a member of BigBang.

Runhua Tang

I see what you did there 😂

channie’s cafe

I was shocked they don't recognize him immediately 🤣 since they're are reacting to Queen of Tears at the same time.

ern

I really like season 2 bc the characters are more interesting and funny. Season 1 was great but it lacked a little humor imo so season 2 is right up my alley

may⁷

I LOVED The Glory but I watched the whole of season 2 without noticing hahaha

Lela

It might be recency bias but season 2 had overall more characters that I liked and rooted for than season 1

Lela

The contrast between Steph's satisfied and Wes' shocked reaction to In Ho's reveal was everything 😂

Lela

The patches weren't in the last season!

Lela

My shayla!!!!!

shayna

im always so impressed in how good you guys are in memorizing the name of the characters!!

Bea

2:18 good luck with that ahahaha

Lela

I was waiting for their reaction lol maybe in the next episode

Raíssa Tonin

The 25 million won they would have gotten after the first game is about $18K - the whole prize pool is around $32M. The red and blue patches are one of the best additions this season, in my opinion. My first thought when I saw them was that they were meant to create camps and build tension between the players - like Steph said, probably to make them fight amongst each other. In hindsight, they’re also great for viewers to instantly recognize who voted to stop or keep playing. The ending was so funny. 001 gets revealed: Steph: "Yes! We knew it!" Wes: "WHAT...? We did?"

Rockycitygirl

how long for them to realise 120 is eunseong from queen of tears

kookmineve

I’ve been waiting forever for them to react to this episode Edit: Also, the mom for player 007 is the same person who was married to her mean husband in Extraordinary Attorney Woo in the first episode.

Samia Anderson

i was waiting for that too, but to be fair he looks so different, such a good actor. I didn´t catch it til i watched the comments on reactions

Aliphsi

Commenting as i'm watching,, not sure if you recognized them but player 120 (@ 21:20) is Jaejoon from The Glory/Eunseong from Queen of Tears and the older guy who caught up with Gihun (@22:50) is the guy he was betting on horses with in the first episode of season 1!

tannie misser

I am at the 21 minute mark now still surprised 😭

Ghosting👻

Wesley: "What if there's another winner in the game?" me: 👀👀👀

Hanan Haliru

I didn’t watch until the end to comment this but they were so clueless about park sunghoon😂😂

Ghosting👻

Perfect timing. Are we just waiting for QOT?

Infinite Ree

Amila Yawa
