I'm playing a game right now "Until then" and i have the exact same filling Chris has. When someone mention something in the game i'm like : "Wait didn't you say you studied all night yesterday ?" and the next sentence is the character i play repeating the exact same sentence. It's like the game read my mind

2025-04-12 21:21:50 +0000 UTC9:36 Loved that reaction. This show has so many "what the heck"/"no way" moments. And the lead up to and then the FB reveal in this episode ...*chefkiss*

2025-03-15 12:12:04 +0000 UTCThe reason why you experience the anime almost completely from the perspective of Okabe is because the source material is a visual novel where you play as the protagonist and experience different endings depending on your choices which correspond to different world lines.

2025-03-15 05:36:30 +0000 UTC@INeedSleep There are some phenomenally good moments throughout Steins;Gate 0, and those moments are actually my favorite in this series.

2025-03-14 15:26:32 +0000 UTCYeah I really hope that they watch Steins Gate 0 after this!!! It’s a must watch! It would be a huge disservice to this show to not watch it!!! And then I hope they watch the movie after 0!

2025-03-14 10:17:00 +0000 UTCLoved this episode! The translation is a bit different in sub than in Dub because in dub she asked him what the original D-mail was that he has to undo and that’s when he realizes that she has to die in that one…! I’m so excited for you guys to finish this season and then watch Steins Gate 0!

2025-03-14 10:14:08 +0000 UTCCompletely disagree with this take. Steins Gate 0 is amazing.

2025-03-13 13:24:15 +0000 UTCSteins;Gate 0 is really really horrible, I think I gave it the lowest rating ever because, it just ruins the original story. Episodes 1-18 are a mess. Studio took a hiatus and then came back and like, you have good episodes.. but having to sit through the mess that is the first 18 episodes just feels really bad...

2025-03-13 10:20:29 +0000 UTCWatching from the beginning now would be spoilers. It's hard to explain but just believe. LOL.

2025-03-13 10:07:42 +0000 UTCThere ARE other worldlines but not covered in anime series. But VN, and by the descriptions...., lets say they are.... interesting

2025-03-13 09:45:43 +0000 UTCI think you guys were right about Okarin not being able to die. I'm pretty sure it would cause a paradox if he died, considering his continued existence is forcing the events of the present.

2025-03-13 07:23:04 +0000 UTCI'd love to see a re-reaction to the first episode...but only after the season is finished. Don't rewatch it NOW though. It's weird, but if you watch it now it'll have spoilers 😅

2025-03-13 07:19:28 +0000 UTCAre you guys planning on watching steins gate 0 as well?

2025-03-13 06:24:09 +0000 UTCA question you guys didn't ask and is about to be answered: What is a Steins Gate???

2025-03-13 03:59:15 +0000 UTCIt really is like a magic trick. Especially when you watch one episode per week, like how the anime intended. It definitely tricked me when I first watched. I don’t think rewatching is cheating per se. But I still suggest holding off until you finished the whole season. You can always go back and rewatch to appreciate the show with fuller understanding. But you can only ever get the “ignorant” first experience once. (I can think of at least one specific detail in the first episode that could become a “spoiler” if you rewatch now.) I think not having perfect memory of what happened is part of the fun.

2025-03-13 03:54:04 +0000 UTCHonestly, this show is one of my favorites just because of how it takes these theories about quantum mechanics and black holes and creates such a great sci fi story with them. SG made me pursue Comp Sci and made me very interested in physics and psychology. If you guys end up loving it a lot, you should definitely check out Steins Gate 0 after!

2025-03-12 22:39:47 +0000 UTCDamn the subs are written a little differently, I practically know one to one with the other version it caught me off guard. Could’ve just said escapism instead of reality avoidance 😭

2025-03-12 22:25:58 +0000 UTCRemember how Daru “somehow” got a connection to the heart of Sern, cough cough*. There was a manga about it called braunian motion of love
Lark
2025-03-12 22:19:29 +0000 UTCI think going back and rewatching it is not cheating at all. It's true that you might get more pieces but I don't think it will take away from your enjoyment. It is a complicated show and having everything in mind can be a good thing to apreciate the finale.

2025-03-12 20:54:05 +0000 UTCIn the first episode, we saw Okabe send that first D-mail when the first worldline switch occurred. In episode 15, Suzuha essentially said that SERN was struggling to build a time machine, and they have a global communication system in place to alert them if anyone else succeeded, and hence, the first D-mail triggered the system. There's more information on the first worldline switch later on. There is a manga was that never mass-produced called "Braunian Motion of Love and Hate" which tells the backstory of Mr Braun. I don't like some of the things that Mr Braun has done, but at the same and from what I read about the manga, I can't hate him considering what he has been through. In another reaction channel, the person is currently re-reacting to Steins;Gate, and is enjoying the rewatch with picking up all the details he missed in the first watch. You guys should definitely do a rewatch on your own time. Also, we're still hoping you two will continue with Steins;Gate after being done with this season.
