I have a I.D and a driver license I got my I.D because I didn’t get my driver licenses until later bc it was during Covid and didn’t have a car to practice

2025-05-23 03:56:13 +0000 UTCI initially got it in Denver and then got a new one in a small town in Virginia. I’m now in Chicago and definitely need to get an Illinois one so I can vote (but yes, I do live somewhere cool 😌)

2025-03-26 01:47:25 +0000 UTCOmg girl I meant to respond to your other comment but couldn’t find it!!! That is SO SWEET of you!!!! To be honest I don’t think we’d have time to give it the attention it deserves but someday when our kids are older I’d love to learn Korean. I feel super motivated too haha

2025-03-21 12:58:54 +0000 UTCYou guys seem to have a lot of content that you are planning to react to. I'm not sure if you can fit any more in, but I would like to recommend comeback specials. They are really funny lives that the guys do to interact and get us hyped up an hour before each album release. I think you guys would have fun watching them before listening to each album. I will link them all here in case you guys decide to watch them. They started doing them about halfway through their discography, so it will be starting from the "Young Forever" album. 2025-03-19 19:24:01 +0000 UTCalso unrelated but with how much you love video essays wesley, and with this relating to the one you've watched from boracity, i've figured you'll also like these ones that are some of my favourites about bts and kpop: (vids in chronological order that they're released) - bts vs. kpop: a video essay (https://youtu.be/rBsZhHPA7t8?si=bsEOu8V_Q_I3Z7Su) - you're wrong about kpop: a video essay (https://youtu.be/bn0gmu_m-os?si=4potnLGgfaJkkp4T) - the media is wrong about kpop (https://youtu.be/vxj9rogBPi0?si=d0FoP67pPg9-SQfA) - kpop vs. orientalism: no more than a machine (https://youtu.be/Gj3wQvJZHzc?si=1-fXZlLlK2kEFX96) i really like the videos from this channel (mostly related to pop culture) and i feel like they're very well researched and informative, really diving into the subjects of the vids. when watching video essays about a topic, i like to watch it from multiple channels to get a more nuanced view of the subject and i treat these vids as that, another perspective that is worth a food for thought.

2025-03-19 14:19:31 +0000 UTCLove your reaction videos as usual! I am so happy to see both of you picking up Korean words or Konglish recently when I watch your BTS and K-drama reactions. If you are interested, I can help you learn how to read basic Korean as a native Korean speaker with teaching experience. The basic pronunciation rule is not too hard, but English speakers usually need to practice some sounds that do not exist in their language or that they are unfamiliar with.

2025-03-19 05:52:00 +0000 UTCIn Indonesia we have IDs, Drivers Licenses, and Passports… underage kids usually get asked for their student ids instead of ids

2025-03-19 03:57:53 +0000 UTCthat's interesting, I've never thought much about how different other provinces would be on that. both IDs have pictures in Ontario.

2025-03-19 01:47:59 +0000 UTC27:00 to 05, jhope and jin were the only ones in the military at that time, while rm was doing a second album and yoongi was finishing up his tour before enlistment

2025-03-18 22:15:21 +0000 UTCJust in case y'all forgot, they had solo promo in between the episodes which is what you don't see, but heard them talk about during the show.

2025-03-18 22:02:39 +0000 UTCDepends on the province in Canada if they have a form of photo Id that's not a license. In Alberta, we have regular photo id and we have drivers license. We can't use our health card as a form of id as it doesn't have a picture. Interesting in your province, that you can

2025-03-18 21:25:34 +0000 UTC1:12:37 I'm pretty sure you guys still haven't watched the entire behind the scenes of in the soop season 1 and bon voyage s2 🥲

2025-03-18 20:47:54 +0000 UTCidk about the us but when I first immigrated to canada as a kid, the first ID that I got is a health card that is the same size and with some similar design features as my driver's license (in different colours) but with differing info on it. you usually use either one of the two for identification, unless of course if it's for something specific like visiting a clinic.
mari
2025-03-18 20:23:57 +0000 UTCi don't think the 'o' explanation fits. korean has both 'o' and 'a' sound. explaining 'a' with english 'o' is meh
Maya
2025-03-18 19:31:10 +0000 UTCKorea has national ID cards for citizens and resident cards for foreigners that live there
Niko
2025-03-18 19:09:43 +0000 UTC33:14 I don't know about Korea but in Germany we have ID that's not a driver's license. Driver's licenses are not common as ID. And our ID card is the size of a credit card so it's easy to carry and if you travel to other EU countries you only need that ID card not a passport
Lela
2025-03-18 19:08:26 +0000 UTCBam is pronounced with the "B" ! In Korean, the "a" sound in the word is more closer to how the "o" sound is pronounced in names like "Ron." Think of it like "Bahm" and not "Bam." Also, "Bam" translates to "Night," so his dog's name is Night 🥹
