that was a lot more than i expected but by god that was excellent and just amazing, i cant believe you're making your own game. thats so cool. the music is so nice, the murder apartment, the crossword puzzle! its all so wonderful and the style of the storytelling is great. its all so fantastic i literally havent stopped smiling since i booted it. its so great. i really look forward to the next update you get done. you are doing a fantastic job

It's due to the game engine's high GPU use, I'm currently working on a version of the introduction which optimizes the scenes with higher GPU use than normal, I hope to have that done soon so you'll be able to play! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience

I was looking forward to playing the full intro. I had already done the demo version and loved it. But I'm getting the same crash during the first shower scene. I've rebooted; I've deleted the files, unpacked them from scratch and started over; rebooted again; all of this several times. No luck. According to my Windows Task Manager, the only thing running are system processes. No other programs are running in the background. I can send you the log and traceback files if it will help.

Thanks for letting me know, that's the error you get when your GPU spikes too high and causes the game to crash. I tried optimizing that scene as much as I could, but what I recommend doing to get past it is restarting your computer and turning off every other program when you go to play the game again. It's unfortunate that ren'py is such a weak engine in terms of handling memory

This game is going to be released in episodic content updates, so technically the "finished product" is whatever there is when I decide to stop working on it, hahaha. I have content planned for about 2 years at the moment

The apartment jokes are fun, and I liked that I cannot leave the apartment without physical form. I had the game crash on my when I entered the shower. Yeah, the way that the shower scene works is that it slowly introduces different image layers as it plays out, because the scene kept crashing initially when I had coded it to load all the different images at the same time. By loading a save in the middle of the scene, it forces the game to load them all at the same time, which still crashes the scene. I'm working on either setting a low GPU toggle or disabling saves during scenes which would crash the game if loaded

It's a great game by the way. Pixel art just seems to mesmerize me in many ways. One bug tho, I saved at the shower scene (where the choice for jerking or not appears), and the next time I tried to open that save, an error message popped up (Mac ver)

A guy wakes up in not really his body in the flat where there was a murder attempt with blood on the walls saying "it's our home and always will be". Is that what I'm thinking it is? Not possible to play the whole game naked, that was mainly to create a comical situation. There will be a whole bunch of clothing options after a while (I'll be adding more of everything with each additional content update), so we'll see!
