Comments

We had two $30 Amazon bidets installed by plumbers during the pandemic. The first one we tried to do ourselves initially, but it went on wrong and leaked. We don’t use them much anymore, but they don’t cause trouble. Vinny should go for it.

There was a college student who died last year from eating leftover pasta, which has the same bacteria as old rice. That’s what got everyone talking about this stuff recently. But he had reheated pasta that had been out on the counter for 5 days. 5 days. It’s all well and good to eat some rice or pasta that’s been out on the counter for a while but 5 days seems like a bad idea even if it wouldn’t kill you. That said there is actually a nickname for this particular food poisoning: “fried rice syndrome”, so it’s not not a thing. It’s usually just not fatal.
