So I had order my tablet to be replaced last month to only received the wrong one. After having to explain this issue to them I had to wait for another month for them to send the right one. To find out that it was broken into to discover that the power plug an stand was missing. I know what your thinking in must have been one of the shipping locations who tampered with it but, no uppon further investigation there where 2 drawing glove that where inside. Either someone on huion staff was stealing from the company or they send me someone use tablet. So now I just want a refund for this bullshit an by a new tablet an tell huion to fuck off, but I'm unable to as they can only replace it. So third time the charms right no, cause right now I'm looking for a new tablet an failing a complaint to the better Business Bureau to deal with this issue.
I'm so sorry for this I couldn't imagine it would be like this to get my tablet fix but now I know that I will never use Huion products agin
