Schedule for the Week of 12/09/2024

Here we are in December. There are weird drones flying over New Jersey, the weather swings 30 degrees in a day, and apparently the Indiana Jones game that just dropped is making people extremely happy. Who knew a December video game release would be the talk of the town? Take that drones, try harder next time. This weekend was fairly busy for me (covered on this week’s Ramblecast) but I did get in some time with the kids playing Satisfactory, and I’m having a great time. I’ve also been spending my evenings playing Star Wars Outlaws, which I’m juggling with Veilguard as my “turn the brain off and complete objectives” game. I’ve actually got a pretty decent backlog of games I want to play at this point, so that’s always a good feeling. One of those games, Silent Hill 2, is one I might be close to finishing on Monday’s stream! On Thursday, I’ll probably fire up something else I’m working through, maybe some Dragon Age or even Indy. Then, on Friday, Brad and Patrick are back with more Volgarr the Viking II!

What about the podcasts? Well, we’ve got the Watchcast with Batman Returns, but how does it hold up against the original Batman? We’ll have the Ramblecast and regularly scheduled Podcast of course, and also on Thursday we’ll have our Patron Q&A.

We won’t be streaming over the Game Awards, but Brad and a bunch of folks will be chatting over on the Discord so come pull up a seat and join! Depending on my personal timing with some family stuff, I’m going to try and jump in there as well!
