Sad to heard about Jake, always enjoyed the occasional updates. And DDP Yoga, it's legit. In my late 20's, I was feeling pain all over and felt old. Did it for a few months and felt excellent. I still do it occasionally if some ache flares up. A nice combo of yoga, PT techniques, and body weight exercises. Recommend it to everyone. There's an app now but the DVD's used to be on sale all the time and do the trick.
