“I’ll never work for Team Rocket!” Del struggled as Lance and a few other Team Rocket members strapped her to a chair. “That’s fine, I don’t expect you to be willing, however after countless tests I have finally found the most productive way of changing people’s minds.”

“Hypno, Slowbro, Alakazam, and Mr. Mime, come on out!” Giovanni threw out those Pokemon before Delia. “Mr. Mime, it’s me Del, Giovanni can’t be trusted!”

“It’s no use my dear Delia, Mr. Mime obeys me now. Now all of you use hypnosis on Delia!” “You’ll never get away with…” Before Delia could resist any further the effects of hypnosis started to affect her.

“Good, very good,” said Giovanni as he started to run his fingers through her hair. “I really did wish that you would have joined me willingly, but I guess with this way I can get so much more from you.”

“From now on the one known as Del Ketchum is dead, you are his twin sister Delia and you have always been in love with me. You are so devoted to me that you were willing to join Team Rocket and fight by my side. You will obey me without question and from now on your actions should be to solely benefit me.”

“I hope that you understand my dearest Delia.” “Yes Giovanni my love, we will be together forever.” Delia’s mind was now filled with thoughts of her beloved Giovanni, and from now on she would never let anyone get in his way.

“Now rise Delia Ketchum and let’s get you changed,” he said as he unstrapped her from the chair.” “Yes my love, whatever you say.” Giovanni then presented her a uniform, but it was different from the normal grunt uniforms.

“I can’t let someone of your caliber start off as a grunt now can I. From now on you’ll be my new secretary and that means that we will be working together much more intimately then we have been before.”

From that day the Kanto region was under the full control of Team Rocket. It didn’t take long for Giovanni to become the new Team Rocket leader with Delia by his side. However Kanto was just the beginning, the whole world would soon know the peace that Team Rocket brings to them.

This was Giovanni’s goal, to create a world where his son would never had to fear for the unknown. He has yet to be born yet, but both he and Delia have decided that Ash would be suitable name for him.
