“You can’t do this to me! I never consented to this! I want my life back!”
Be started to cry. Her physical body was that of a toddlers. As an adult male she could have easily held back her tears, but as a child there was no stopping the river of pain that she had been trying to hold back.
“I’m the Batman. I’m th.. the Batman.”
“Wahhhhhh!”
“Shhhh, there, there. It’s okay, let it out,” said Alfred as he embraced Bee. As her former butler and father figure this was all that he could do for her. She may never forgive him for doing this to her, nor might not forgive the others, but what mattered was that she was safe and alive. He was sure that Thomas and Martha wouldn’t blame him for this, but instead be grateful that their son had a second chance to have the childhood he never had.
