“And you are strong, if you were the spell wouldn’t have worked. Only the noblest and purest souls are able to have this chance. Miss Bee you will learn to love your new life. Just because you are now a child doesn’t mean that you won’t grow up to be a wonderful hero.”
“I’m sure that if Bruce Wayne was able to do it then there is no doubt that Bee Zatara will be a wonderful heroine as well. Now let’s watch tv. I heard from your mother that you love My Little Pony is that correct?”
“Yes, it is my favorite. It helps me calm down.”
Bee wiped the snort and tears off her face with her sleeve while Alfred picked her up and brought her to the couch. After handing her a small pink pony plushy he turned on the tv which was already set to show Bee’s favorite show.
“My Little Pony, I used to wonder what friendship could be…..”
The show started playing the intro song and Bee was already fully immersed into the show. Her eyes were gleaming with excitement, and it was then Alfred knew that the choice he made was the right one.
Bruce Wayne may have lived a life full of pain, but Bee Zatara will live a life filled with joy.
