Well I'm not following Twitter for some time now, but if it inspired you to do this, I won't complain. I would totally scould the person with the hand for taking advantage of such situation and then going for the upper thigh instead of all the other possible things you presented so well in your depiction of the scene. The pure shock - no fear, no anger, no nothing - radiating from her face towards the viewer specifies the moment exactly as the one of realisation that what she feels on her thigh ist originated from the person underneath is doing. That's why she does not look at the pinched area but right in the culprit's face. All of her face is saying "Why you?" with no further judgement. At least not yet
